Welcome to Lior, the city of
the man who is reviled as a prophet. Rumor has it that he can bring the
dead back to life; that he can perform miracles. Too bad Ed is a skeptic,
and too bad that he can also see the truth behind the alleged miracles, but is
the Philospher's Stone in the prophet's possession the real thing ...?
He and Al meet Rose,
a girl who is dedicated to the church and Father Cornello. She's hoping
that the good prophet can bring her dead boyfriend back to life, and Father
Cornello has promised that he can, but what's the cost of a miracle?
Cornello tries to
silence Ed and Al, afraid that they will expose him for the cheat he is, and
when the truth is revealed, a heart is broken when the fragile hope that was
